Returns Policy:

You can request to return an item within 20 days of order receipt for the following reasons: if you do not
like the product, if it is too big / small, if it is damaged, if it does not correspond to the product you
ordered.

To issue the return request please follow the instructions below:

1. Access "My Profile" and then "My Orders" section;
2. Select the order that you want to return;
3. Click on "Return Request" for the product that you would like to return and select the reason from
   the drop-down menu. Then click on "Send request" only once;
4. Wait to receive the email with the instructions that you will get within the following 12 hours
   (please check also the Spam and Promotions folders);
5. Return the item within 15 days of receipt of the email.
